When you email me by accessing my email address on this website, I use any information you send to me to email you a response and answer your queries on my design services.

If you wish to engage in a business relationship with me and use my design services, I will ask for your

– Phone number
– and other relevant information required for me to carry out your project

2. How Information about you is used.
Any personal data which you send to me directly via email will be secure and confidential at all times.
I will not pass your details on to third parties for marketing purposes.

I will only collect the personal information that is submitted to answer your query.

Should you decide to engage in design services with me, I will keep your contact information stored purely for the purposes of your project, for sending you proofs and for general project correspondence and for the duration of our business relationship and to send you an invoice(s) during/at completion of the project.

In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere above,I (Lisa Devonald) may disclose your personal information to the extent that I am required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

I (Lisa Devonald) will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

In the unlikely event that I believe that your data has been breached I will let you know at the earliest opportunity and as soon as I am aware of any data breach.

5. How long do I keep your personal information?
I will retain the information provided to me only for as long as is necessary for the purpose of your design enquiry/for our business relationship. Should you decide to use my design services, your details will be kept for at least 5 years purely for the purpose of my business records that I am required to keep for this period by law, after this period your information will be securely disposed of/deleted once it is no longer required unless it has been previously agreed with you that our business relationship is to continue for future work.
