Client Brief
To design a bi-lingual (Welsh/English) event poster, tickets and facebook cover image with a spring evening feel. The design needed to promote a fundraising event for a primary school, the event was aimed at parents and friends of the school.
Results
The client gave me creative freedom with this project but text content was high with two languages needing to be incorporated into the design so I decided on a mainly typographic solution with bright splashes of spring-like colour to catch the eye and differentiate between the two languages.
Execution
Typography takes centre stage for this design with three key colours used to highlight the Welsh and English elements of the text. A blackboard style textured background gives a sophisticated evening feel.
