Client Brief
Quayside Properties, commercial property specialists in Pembroke Dock, Milford Haven and Pembrokeshire manage a diverse portfolio of office and retail property.
I was asked to design a new vibrant logo for this client with a simple colour scheme that could be applied to Quayside Properties’ commercial stationery, lettings sign, signage and promotional material.
As many of the properties are located near waterfront locations, and wanting to convey this in the logo mark, I developed a simple silhouette of the outline of the top of a building, with a line division in the centre of the graphic to convey the line of the land, a reflection of the building outline has been placed beneath to suggest a reflection of the building in the water to convey properties for let that have a quayside/waterfront location.
Two colour tones of a vibrant sea green/blue have been used in the logo, two colours which work in harmony with one another throughout the branded material.
